Zeus nicotine pouches UK: strengths, flavours and prices (2026)

Seen Zeus listed as 20mg, 30mg or even 50mg and wondered which is right? Most of those are mg-per-gram figures dressed up as mg per pouch. Per pouch, Zeus runs from 4mg to 25mg, and we stock three of those strengths.

Quick answer: We stock Zeus in 4mg, 10mg and 25mg per pouch, all £4.29 a can. 10mg is the only strength with all eight flavours. 25mg comes in Mint Rage and True North only and is for people already used to strong pouches. See the full range on our Zeus brand page.

What are Zeus nicotine pouches?

According to the official Zeus site, the pouches are smokeless and tobacco-free, made with nicotine that isn't extracted from tobacco leaves. That's the manufacturer's description of what's in the can, nothing more. They still contain nicotine, which is addictive.

Retailers list Zeus as a slim pouch (Swenico, for example) and describe it as all-white (Snus Vikings). The manufacturer's page doesn't say either, so treat both as retailer-reported. What the manufacturer does confirm is 20 pouches in each can.

The official site lists NicoTech OÜ as the company behind the brand. It also says Zeus is for adults 18+ who already use nicotine.

One mix-up worth clearing up: Zeus Juice is a separate UK e-liquid and nicotine strip brand. It has nothing to do with Zeus nicotine pouches.

How strong are Zeus pouches? mg per pouch vs mg per gram

There are two ways to state strength. mg per pouch is the nicotine in a single pouch. mg/g is the nicotine per gram of pouch material. Many sites quote the mg/g number but just label it "mg", and that's where the confusion comes from.

Handily, the Zeus site gives both figures for every strength. Here they are exactly as the manufacturer pairs them:

So a "20mg" Zeus on another site is usually the 10mg-per-pouch version, and "50mg" is the 25mg version. Nicotinos, for instance, titles products "20 mg" and "50mg" but lists them as 10mg and 25mg per pouch on the same page.

Some retailers also list a 30 mg/g Zeus. That figure doesn't match the manufacturer's current specs, so we've left it out. For general advice on reading strengths across brands, see our nicotine pouch strength guide.

Which Zeus flavours come in which strength

This is the bit most Zeus pages skip. Here's exactly what we stock, with each tick linking to the product page:

That's what we stock, not every version Zeus makes. Arctic Freeze, Epic Berry and Cherry Blossom are 10mg only here, 25mg is mint only, and every can is £4.29.

Zeus flavours decoded: Mint Rage vs Arctic Freeze vs True North

The names don't tell you much, so here's what the manufacturer and retailers say each one tastes like. These are their descriptions, not our tasting notes.

Mint and ice

Mint Rage: the manufacturer calls it an invigorating mint. Retailers lean towards a sweet, cool mint. Siamsnus says icy mint, and Snuscore lists the 25mg as "Sweet Mint".

Arctic Freeze: the manufacturer describes a cooling mint, and Vapegreen tags it as mint and menthol. We only stock it in 10mg.

True North: the manufacturer's description is vague ("northern-inspired"), so retailers are more useful here. SnusBlast calls it peppermint-forward with no sweetness, and Europesnus says clean, crisp mint.

In the manufacturer's own words, Mint Rage is an "invigorating mint", Arctic Freeze is a "cooling mint" and True North is a "northern-inspired" flavour (Zeus).

Fruit

Frozen Citrus is citrus with an icy edge, Tropic Burst is mango, and Epic Berry is grape with other berries. Cherry Blossom is a sweet cherry. All four descriptions come from the manufacturer.

Sweet

Bubblegum is a sweet bubblegum flavour. On the manufacturer's site it's sold as "Pink Pop", but UK retailers, us included, call it Bubblegum. It comes in 4mg and 10mg.

Which Zeus strength suits you?

This is for people who already use nicotine pouches. Match Zeus to what you use now rather than picking a number off the can.

If you're on lighter pouches now, around 3–6mg, 4mg is the like-for-like Zeus option. It comes in five flavours: Bubblegum, Frozen Citrus, Mint Rage, Tropic Burst and True North.

10mg is the middle ground, and the only Zeus strength with all eight flavours. It sits alongside Pablo Silver 10.2mg, Cuba White Line 10.4mg and ZYN Medium 11mg. If you already use one of those, Zeus 10mg is a fair swap.

If you do change strength, move up one tier at a time. Never jump from 4mg straight to 25mg. The 25mg version gets its own section below for good reason.

Zeus 25mg: only if you're already used to strong pouches

Zeus 25mg per pouch (50 mg/g) comes in two flavours at SnusBox: 25mg Mint Rage and 25mg True North. It's a lot of nicotine per pouch, and it's only for people already comfortable with strong pouches.

If you're on 10–13mg now, first ask whether you need to go higher at all. If you do, step up gradually rather than doubling overnight. If you're not already used to strong pouches, avoid anything at 20mg and above, Zeus 25mg included.

Hiccups, gum irritation and nausea are more likely at higher strengths. If you feel unwell, take the pouch out. Nicotine is addictive. The manufacturer says Zeus is for adults 18+ who already use nicotine, and isn't suitable for non-smokers, pregnant people or anyone under the legal age.

Our guide to nicotine pouch side effects goes into more detail.

How to use a Zeus pouch

Place one pouch under your upper lip, between your gum and lip. The manufacturer says to keep it in for up to 30 minutes. When you're done, put the used pouch in the lid compartment or a bin.

Use one pouch at a time and don't go beyond the manufacturer's guidance. Zeus also advises storing cans somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight.

Zeus prices and how they compare

Every Zeus strength and flavour is £4.29 a can on our Zeus page. The manufacturer says there are 20 pouches in a can, which works out at about 21p a pouch.

Because the price is the same at every strength, there's no reason to let cost steer your choice. Pick the strength you're already used to. 25mg is not "better value", it's just more nicotine.

Here's how Zeus sits against similar-strength pouches we stock. These are per-can prices only, because we haven't checked pouch counts for the other brands.

At £4.29 a can, Zeus costs 10p to 50p more than every other pouch in that table. If you like the Zeus flavours, that's the difference you're paying.

Zeus counts towards our multi-buy discount: 10% off when you buy 10 or more cans, 15% off at 20 or more, 20% off at 30 or more, applied automatically in the basket. For a wider look at what pouches cost, see our UK nicotine pouch prices guide.

Buying Zeus in the UK: the law and delivery

As of October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 is law. It received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026 (legislation.gov.uk). From 29 October 2026, it is an offence to sell a vaping or nicotine product, including nicotine pouches, to anyone under 18 in England and Wales (s.10). Customers confirm they are 18+ on our site.

As of June 2026, the government intends to ban the advertising and sponsorship of nicotine products, including nicotine pouches, across the UK from 1 June 2027. Retail websites will still be able to give factual, non-promotional product information (gov.uk).

Selling tobacco for oral use (traditional snus) has been illegal in the UK since 1992 under the Tobacco for Oral Use (Safety) Regulations 1992. The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 re-enacts the ban from 29 October 2026 (s.8). SnusBox sells tobacco-free nicotine pouches, not tobacco snus. Our explainer on whether snus is legal in the UK covers the detail.

On delivery, UK Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) takes 2–3 business days and costs £2.99, free on orders over £25.
