I've just created my account — why can't I see my past orders?
When you sign up, your account needs to sync with our order system. Once you place your next order, we'll automatically link your order history, and you'll see all your past orders (and SnusBucks).
Do I earn SnusBucks on discounted orders?
Yes — but the number of SnusBucks you earn is based on the amount you actually pay after discounts are applied.
Can I use SnusBucks and a discount code at the same time?
Nope — you'll have to choose one. SnusBucks are considered a reward-based discount and can't be stacked with other codes.
What happens if I return an item?
If a return is processed, the SnusBucks you earned from that item will be removed from your balance.
Do SnusBucks expire?
Not right now — but this may change in the future. If we ever plan to expire SnusBucks, we'll give you plenty of notice.
