Welcome to our Delivery Policy page. Here you will find all the information regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchases from our store. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland.
All home deliveries are sent via Royal Mail with full tracking. Available across the entire UK including Northern Ireland.
Collect your order from a nearby Evri ParcelShop at a time that suits you. Available across mainland Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales).
Collection point pickup is not currently available for Northern Ireland addresses.
All orders are processed the same working day before 3PM Mon-Fri and are shipped the same day. Any orders made after 3PM or placed on the weekend get shipped out the next working day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.
We deliver to Northern Ireland via Royal Mail Tracked. Please note that due to the Windsor Framework, orders to Northern Ireland may require customs processing which can occasionally add a small delay to delivery times. Home delivery options and pricing are the same as mainland UK.
