The SnusBucks loyalty program is a discretionary feature offered by SnusBox and may be modified, suspended, or terminated at any time without notice. SnusBucks have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed outside of approved checkout flows. Fraudulent activity or suspected misuse of the SnusBucks system — including artificially inflating earnings or exploiting vulnerabilities — will result in forfeiture of all accumulated rewards and possible account termination.
We reserve the right to revoke or adjust SnusBucks balances at any time if we detect irregularities or breaches of our Terms. Decisions made by SnusBox regarding SnusBucks are final.
SnusBucks do not currently expire; however, we reserve the right to introduce expiration policies at any time without prior notice.
Referral rewards must result from genuine, unique customers. Creating fake accounts, self-referrals, or referral exchanges is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program and potential account termination.
If an order is refunded or returned, any SnusBucks earned from that transaction will be reversed. If points have already been redeemed, the equivalent value may be deducted from the refund or future rewards.
SnusBox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue the SnusBucks program at any time. All unredeemed SnusBucks may be forfeited upon termination without compensation.
SnusBox reserves the right to verify the identity of any account holder at any time, and to withhold or remove SnusBucks if identity or activity cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

SnusBox offers a referral program that rewards existing customers for introducing new customers to our store. By participating in the referral program, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility: Both the referrer and the referred customer must have valid SnusBox accounts. The referred customer must be a genuine new customer who has never previously ordered from SnusBox. Referrals are limited to one per household or delivery address.
Prohibited Activities: The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the program, forfeiture of any pending rewards, and potential account termination:
Reward Distribution: Referral rewards are credited as SnusBucks to the referrer's account. Rewards are subject to manual review and approval by SnusBox. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or deny any referral reward if we suspect fraudulent or suspicious activity.
Fraud Detection: We employ automated fraud detection systems that analyse referral patterns, including but not limited to IP addresses, email addresses, shipping addresses, account names, and order behaviour. Referrals flagged by our systems will be reviewed manually and may be rejected at our sole discretion.
Clawback Rights: If we determine that referral rewards were obtained through fraudulent means, we reserve the right to claw back any rewards already credited, deduct the equivalent value from future orders or refunds, and take any other action we deem appropriate including account suspension or termination.
Program Changes: SnusBox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Reward values, eligibility criteria, and program terms may change at our discretion.
Final Decisions: All decisions made by SnusBox regarding referral eligibility, reward approval, and fraud determination are final and binding.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and discontinue products at any time without notice. Order confirmation emails are acknowledgements of receipt and not acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your order even after confirmation.
We may use third-party services to verify your age. By purchasing from SnusBox, you agree to these checks. Failure to pass verification may result in the cancellation of your order. Refunds are not guaranteed if age verification fails.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors. It is your responsibility to ensure shipping details are accurate. Returned packages due to incorrect shipping details or customer non-collection may be subject to reshipping fees.
Due to the nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance. Refunds or replacements are provided at our discretion and may require photo evidence or return of the product.
Uncollected & Returned Orders: If an order is delivered to a pickup point or parcel shop and is not collected within the carrier’s specified timeframe, it may be returned to us. In such cases, any refund issued will be provided as store credit only, minus the original delivery cost and a 12.5% restocking and handling fee, where permitted by law.
Missing or Undelivered Parcels: Where a delivery is marked as delivered by the carrier or delivered to a designated pickup point, but is reported missing due to non-collection, refusal, or customer error, SnusBox is not responsible for the loss. Any compensation offered in these circumstances will be issued as store credit at our discretion, minus the delivery cost and a 12.5% restocking and handling fee.
Carrier Errors: If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier and does not return to us, the matter will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or compensation offered may be issued as store credit, minus delivery costs, unless a refund to the original payment method is required by law.
Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by law.
You may not use our site or products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes bypassing age verification, submitting false information, or interfering with the website’s functionality. Violation of these terms may result in account termination and legal action.
