Why the gap between brands? ZYN and Velo are the big names that supermarkets stock. Pablo, Killa, CUBA and 77 are challenger brands priced lower. Format also varies (mini, slim, and XL pouches such as Greatest Cold Dry XL), and so does the number of pouches in a can.

Do stronger nicotine pouches cost more?
Almost never. In nearly every brand we stock, the price stays the same whatever the strength:
- Pablo Silver 10.2mg and Gold 17mg are both £3.79, as are the 24mg and 30mg Exclusive cans.
- CUBA White 10.4mg and Black 43mg are both £3.79.
- ZYN is £4.19 at every strength we stock, and Velo 8mg and 10mg are both £4.99. The 1.5mg ZYN X Low cans are the same £4.19 but may hold fewer pouches, so check the count on the product page.
- 77 is £3.99 at 5mg, 10mg and 20mg.
The manufacturers price this way too. ZYN's own UK shop lists most of its cans at £6.50, at every strength from 3mg to 16.5mg (zyn.com, read October 2026).
The one exception in our range is Maggie. Maggie Lite 13.2mg is £4.29, while Maggie Extreme 45mg is £4.55. That's why we say "almost every brand".
Because strength doesn't change the price, working out "mg per pound" is the wrong way to choose. Pick the strength you already use. If you're coming from 6mg, step up gradually rather than jumping to a bigger number just because it costs the same. Very strong pouches (20mg and above) are not a value pick. Delivery: the part of the price people forget

Watch the edge case with Velo. Five cans total £24.95, which isn't over £25, so postage still applies and each can works out at £5.59. Adding a sixth can brings that down to £4.99 a can.

Price per pouch: how to work it out
The sum is simple: can price ÷ pouches per can. Take Nordic Spirit, which supermarkets often sell at £4.50 for 20 pouches (Grocefully, read October 2026). That's about 22.5p a pouch. Supermarket ZYN at around £6.50 for 20 comes to about 32.5p a pouch (Grocefully, read October 2026).
The catch is the pouch count, which varies by brand and format (mini, slim, XL). Even within one brand the figures don't always agree. ZYN's UK shop lists its 1.5mg Mini X-Low cans at 10 pouches, while a supermarket lists the same product at 20.
So don't assume. Check the pouch count on the product page or the can before you work out a per-pouch price, and only compare counts you've seen confirmed.

It depends on the brand. Across the five UK supermarkets Grocefully compares, ZYN is mostly £6.50 for a 20-pouch can, with a few lines at £4.99. Nordic Spirit is often £4.50, and Velo Freeze is £6.50 (Grocefully, read October 2026). Supermarket ranges are narrow and mostly stick to ZYN, Velo and Nordic Spirit.

- The single-can price, not the "from" figure
- How many pouches are in the can
- That you're comparing a strength you actually use
- Delivery cost and the free-delivery threshold
