Pablo makes a lot of flavours, and the confusing part is strength. The same flavour can come at 10.2mg, 17mg or 30mg, while others exist at one strength only. Below is every Pablo flavour we stock, mapped by strength, so you can keep a taste you like without a big jump in nicotine.
Quick answer: We stock 32 Pablo flavours across 49 cans: Silver Edition 10.2mg (7), Gold Edition 17mg (14), Exclusive 24mg (3) and Exclusive 30mg (25), and every single can is £3.79. Five flavours (Blue Raspberry, Blueberry Peach Ice, Kiwi, Pear and Pineapple) run from 10.2mg to 30mg, so pick the version closest to the strength you already use from the full Pablo range.

This is built from our live stock. A tick means we sell that flavour at that strength. Rows are grouped by flavour family, in the same order as the sections further down.

That's 7 cans at Silver, 14 at Gold, 3 at 24mg and 25 at 30mg: 49 cans in all, covering 32 distinct flavours (counting Gold Strawberry Kiwi and 30mg Kiwi Strawberry as one). Peppermint and Spearmint are Silver only. Passion Fruit and White Mint are Gold only, and Ice Cold, X Ice Cold and Red are 24mg only.
The useful bit is the five "ladder" flavours. If you like Blue Raspberry, Blueberry Peach Ice, Kiwi, Pear or Pineapple, you can change strength without changing taste. Thirteen flavours only come at 30mg, so don't jump strength just to try one of them.
For honesty's sake, some Pablo flavours sold elsewhere aren't in our range: Banana Ice, Liquorice, Green Mint, Blue Mint, Cold Mint, Silver Grape Ice and Exclusive Passion Fruit. If you're after the full story on the lines rather than the flavours, our Pablo strengths and ranges guide covers it.
Silver Kiwi is the lowest-strength way into a flavour that also runs through Gold and 30mg. It's the favourite of the reviewer at thesnusking, who calls the kiwi "accurate, rich" at both Gold and Exclusive strength.
Silver, Gold and Exclusive: what the lines mean
Pablo is made by NGP Empire, the same parent company as Killa, according to Pouchspot. The lines are essentially strength tiers, and this is how they stack up:

| Line | mg per pouch | mg per gram | Flavours we stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Silver Edition | 10.2mg (some retailers list 10.15mg) | 14.5mg/g | 7 |
| Gold Edition | 17mg | 24mg/g | 14 |
| Exclusive 24mg | 24mg | 30mg/g | 3 |
| Exclusive 30mg | 30mg | 50mg/g | 25 |
The Silver, Gold and 30mg mg/g figures come from NicPouches. The 24mg figures come from Snussie, Whitelip and Snus Outlet.
According to NicPouches, Silver, Gold and 30mg Exclusive are all slim pouches with 20 per can. Gold and Exclusive share that format, so the real difference is 17mg against 30mg per pouch. NicPouches' view is that at Exclusive strength the flavour "takes a backseat", which is worth knowing if taste is your main reason for picking Pablo.
Silver Edition is the newest line. It launched in the UK in March 2026 with nine flavours, per nicotinebuzz. We stock seven of them; we don't carry Silver Grape Ice or Cold Mint.
Why some cans say 50mg
Some cans and retailers quote 50mg, which is mg per gram of pouch content, not per pouch. A slim pouch of roughly 0.6g at 50mg/g works out at about 30mg per pouch (Pouchspot, PouchDaddy). SnusBox lists mg per pouch, so our 30mg and another shop's "50mg" are the same product.
Ice Cold, X Ice Cold and Red: the 24mg group
These three are the older "Original" line, separate from the 30mg Exclusive range even though both carry the Exclusive name. Snus Outlet puts them at 30mg/g, about 24mg per pouch, and Snussie and Whitelip list a larger 0.8g pouch. Because the line names overlap, always check the mg on the product page rather than going by the name on the can.
Mint and ice flavours
At Silver 10.2mg, Peppermint and Spearmint are the only Pablo mints at the lowest strength. They're the natural pick for mint users on lower-strength pouches.
Gold 17mg has three mints. White Mint is Gold only. Frosted Mint is described by Snusio as "classic peppermint wrapped in a light frosted sweetness", and Snus Outlet says it's softer and sweeter than Ice Cold. Frosted Ice is "sharp, clean menthol" according to Snusblast. Frosted Mint and Frosted Ice also come at 30mg.
At 24mg, Pablo Ice Cold is "an ice-cold flavor of pure peppermint", in MySnus's words. Several retailers name it as their best seller, including Snusdaddy and Snusblast. Snussie and SnusCentral describe X Ice Cold as a tobacco-style flavour with mint (there's no tobacco in it; Pablo is tobacco-free).
Red is the odd one out. Snusdaddy calls it fruity with subtle berry notes and mild spice, Pablo's South African distributor calls it sweet and fruity, and at least one retailer files it under mint. We'd treat its flavour as unsettled. What is settled is that it's a 24mg can.
If you like mint and you're already comfortable at around 13mg, Gold Frosted Mint is the sensible middle step. It sits between the Silver mints and the 24mg group.
Fruit flavours
Fruit is the biggest family, and it's where most of the ladder flavours live. Kiwi, Pear, Pineapple, Blue Raspberry and Blueberry Peach Ice all come at 10.2mg, 17mg and 30mg. Snusblast describes Pear as having a "subtle sweetness" and Pineapple as "punchy tropical pineapple".

Blueberry Peach Ice pairs blueberry and peach with an icy finish, according to PouchDaddy. We've written a full review of the 30mg Blueberry Peach Ice, but if you want to try the flavour without that strength, Silver brings it down to 10.2mg.
Dark Cherry, Grape Ice, Tropical Punch and Strawberry Kiwi come at Gold and 30mg. Snusblast calls Strawberry Kiwi "strawberry dominant with kiwi in the background". Not every Gold version lands well, though. In nicotinebuzz's tier list, which collates its own customer ratings, Gold Dark Cherry and Gold Blueberry Peach Ice sit in tier C ("try one can first"), while Exclusive Dark Cherry gets an A.
Passion Fruit is Gold only in our range. Thesnusking's review is blunt about Pablo Passion Fruit, citing "chemical-like acidity", though it doesn't say which strength it tried, so treat that as a rough guide. If you're curious, buy one can before committing.
The 30mg-only fruits are Mango Ice ("sweet but not candy-like", says Snusdaddy), Strawberry Lychee, Strawberry Watermelon and Blueberry Cranberry Cherry. Snusblast says the last one is "less sweet than you'd expect". One more thing to know: thesnusking notes that "Pablo has varying pouch compositions based on flavour", so feel can differ between cans as well as taste.
Cola, citrus, sour and dessert flavours
One reminder covers this whole section. Cola is the only flavour here that comes below 30mg (Gold 17mg). Everything else is 30mg only, so if you're not already used to strong pouches, pick from the Silver or Gold columns in the table instead.
Cola, citrus and sour
Cola, at Gold 17mg and 30mg, is a "straight cola flavour" according to Snusblast. The 30mg-only options are Cherry Cola, Lemonade, Pink Lemonade, Orange ("straightforward citrus", says Snusblast) and Watermelon Lemon.
Sour Blueberries splits opinion. PouchDaddy calls it "sharp and tangy". By contrast, nicotinebuzz says it's "not especially sour, according to its own fans".
Mocca and dessert flavours
Mocca is "a mocha blend of dark coffee and smooth chocolate", according to Snusio. Thesnusking says it stays "chocolatey all the way through". It also says the strength is "somewhat subdued, especially against the others in the same strength range". That's relative, though: Mocca is still 30mg per pouch.
Sources disagree on Mocca's moisture. Thesnusking calls it one of the driest in the range, while Alternix calls it "a moist pouch".
Strawberry Cheesecake is "creamy strawberry with rich dessert notes" according to Snusdaddy. Bubble Gum is the third flavour in this group. Like Mocca, both are 30mg only.
New Pablo flavours (2025–2026)
In 2025, Pablo added five Exclusive 30mg flavours: Sour Blueberries, Blueberry Cranberry Cherry, Strawberry Kiwi, Blueberry Peach Ice and Cola (PouchDaddy, Emerald Pods). Pink Lemonade followed, per nicotinebuzz, which picks Strawberry Kiwi as the standout of the 2025 Exclusives.
Gold has since added Blueberry Peach Ice, Cola, Pear, Pineapple and Strawberry Kiwi, according to NicPouches. That takes Gold to 14 flavours in our stock, up from the eight you'll see in older lists.
The biggest change came in March 2026, when Silver Edition 10.2mg launched in the UK (nicotinebuzz). It brought several fruit flavours down to 10.2mg for the first time.
Which Pablo flavour if you're coming from another pouch
This is for people who already use nicotine pouches, not advice for anyone who doesn't. The rule is simple: step up gradually and stay where you're comfortable. Killa and Pablo share a parent company (NGP Empire, per Pouchspot), so the jump between them is a natural one.
| If you use… | Try… | Why |
|---|---|---|
| ZYN Cool Mint 9mg | Silver Peppermint or Spearmint 10.2mg | The closest Pablo mint to 9mg. Only move to Gold Frosted Mint or White Mint 17mg after time at 10–13mg. |
| Killa Cold Mint 13.2mg | Gold Frosted Ice or Frosted Mint 17mg | A similar icy mint profile from the same parent company, one strength tier up. |
| Cuba White Line Cherry 10.4mg | Stay near that strength | Pablo has no Silver cherry. Killa Exclusive Dark Cherry 13.2mg is the in-between; consider Gold Dark Cherry 17mg only if you're already comfortable above 13mg. |
| Any fruit pouch around 10mg | A ladder fruit at Silver 10.2mg | Blue Raspberry, Blueberry Peach Ice, Kiwi, Pear or Pineapple, at roughly the strength you're used to. |
| 3–6mg pouches (e.g. ZYN 6mg, Denssi 5.6mg) | No like-for-like Pablo | The lowest Pablo strength we stock is 10.2mg, which is a big jump. See our guide to choosing a pouch strength instead. |
Whatever you're coming from, 24mg and 30mg aren't the next step from anything under 17mg.
Strength, flavour and side effects
Exclusive 24mg and 30mg are only for people already used to strong pouches. For scale, 30mg is nearly three times Silver's 10.2mg and more than double the strongest ZYN we stock (13.5mg).
Common side effects include hiccups and gum irritation, and nausea at high strengths. Some people find strong cooling or menthol flavours at 24–30mg harsher on the gums. Nicotine is addictive, so use one pouch at a time and follow the guidance on the can. Our guide to nicotine pouch side effects goes into more detail.
We haven't found a manufacturer figure for how long to keep a pouch in. Retailers generally quote 20–40 minutes (Snusio, thesnusking), and NicPouches suggests Exclusive pouches are often 15–30 minutes. Take a pouch out sooner if it feels too strong.
What Pablo flavours cost
Every single can of Pablo at SnusBox is £3.79, whatever the line or flavour. That means trying a different flavour costs the same as reordering your usual.
As of October 2026, our multi-buy discount is 10% off when you buy 10 or more cans, 15% off at 20 or more, 20% off at 30 or more, applied automatically in the basket. As an example, 10 cans is £37.90, which comes to about £34.11 after 10% off.
As of October 2026, UK Standard delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) takes 2–3 business days and costs £2.99, free on orders over £25. Full details, including Express and international options, are on our delivery page.
Are Pablo pouches legal in the UK?
Pablo pouches are tobacco-free nicotine pouches, not snus. As of October 2026, selling tobacco for oral use (traditional snus) is illegal in the UK. The ban comes from the Tobacco for Oral Use (Safety) Regulations 1992, in force since 1 January 1993, and the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 re-enacts it from 29 October 2026 (s.8). SnusBox sells tobacco-free nicotine pouches, not tobacco snus.
As of October 2026, the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 is law: it received Royal Assent on 29 April 2026. From 29 October 2026, it is an offence to sell a vaping or nicotine product, including nicotine pouches, to anyone under 18 in England and Wales (Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026, s.10).
Scotland and Northern Ireland bring these rules in under separate parts of the Act, with their own commencement. For the full picture, read our explainer on whether snus is legal in the UK.
FAQs
What flavours does Pablo come in?
At SnusBox, Pablo comes in 32 flavours: 7 at Silver 10.2mg, 14 at Gold 17mg, 3 at Exclusive 24mg (Ice Cold, X Ice Cold and Red) and 25 at Exclusive 30mg. They fall into mint and ice, fruit, cola/citrus/sour and dessert families. The table at the top shows which strength each flavour comes in.
What are the new Pablo flavours?
The 2025 Exclusive 30mg additions were Sour Blueberries, Blueberry Cranberry Cherry, Strawberry Kiwi, Blueberry Peach Ice and Cola, with Pink Lemonade after. Gold has since added Blueberry Peach Ice, Cola, Pear, Pineapple and Strawberry Kiwi, and the Silver 10.2mg line launched in the UK in March 2026.
What's the difference between Pablo Gold and Pablo Exclusive?
Gold is 17mg per pouch (24mg/g) and the main Exclusive range is 30mg per pouch (50mg/g), and NicPouches says both are slim with 20 pouches per can. There's also a separate 24mg Exclusive group (Ice Cold, X Ice Cold and Red). Exclusive has more flavours but is only for people already used to strong pouches.
How strong is Pablo Gold Edition?
Pablo Gold Edition is 17mg of nicotine per pouch, which some retailers express as 24mg per gram. It sits between Silver 10.2mg and Exclusive 24mg and 30mg.
Is Pablo 50mg the same as 30mg?
Yes. "50mg" is mg per gram of pouch content, and a slim Exclusive pouch works out at about 30mg per pouch. SnusBox lists strength per pouch, so our 30mg is what other shops call 50mg.
Which Pablo flavours come in a lower strength?
Blue Raspberry, Blueberry Peach Ice, Kiwi, Pear and Pineapple come at Silver 10.2mg as well as Gold 17mg and 30mg. Peppermint and Spearmint are Silver only at 10.2mg. Every other flavour starts at 17mg or higher, and 10.2mg is the lowest Pablo strength we stock.
What is the most popular Pablo flavour?
There's no independent sales data. Snusdaddy calls Ice Cold (24mg) its most popular, and Snusblast names Ice Cold and Frosted Ice as its top sellers.
What does Pablo Mocca taste like?
Snusio describes it as dark coffee and smooth chocolate, and thesnusking says it stays chocolatey throughout, with a strength that feels "somewhat subdued" against others in its range. It's still 30mg per pouch, so it's for experienced strong-pouch users only.
What's the difference between Pablo Ice Cold, X Ice Cold and Red?
All three are the older 24mg "Original" group in a larger pouch, separate from the 30mg Exclusive range. Retailers describe Ice Cold as pure icy peppermint and X Ice Cold as a tobacco-style flavour with mint (it contains no tobacco). They disagree on Red, describing it as anything from fruity to minty.
Are Pablos legal in the UK?
Pablo pouches are tobacco-free nicotine pouches, not traditional tobacco snus, which as of October 2026 is illegal to sell in the UK under the Tobacco for Oral Use (Safety) Regulations 1992. The legal section above sets out the position as of October 2026, including the under-18 sales rules in England and Wales, with links to legislation.gov.uk.
Is Pablo snus actually snus?
No. Snus contains tobacco, while Pablo pouches are tobacco-free nicotine pouches. People often call them snus out of habit, but they contain no tobacco. As of October 2026, it's tobacco for oral use (traditional snus) that is illegal to sell in the UK, under the Tobacco for Oral Use (Safety) Regulations 1992. From 29 October 2026, section 8 of the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 re-enacts the ban in England and Wales.
How long does a Pablo pouch last?
Retailers generally quote 20–40 minutes, and NicPouches suggests Exclusive pouches are often 15–30 minutes. We haven't found a manufacturer figure, so follow the guidance on the can and take a pouch out sooner if it feels too strong.
For adult nicotine users only (18+). Contains nicotine, which is an addictive substance.
