Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw ("Raffle") is operated by SnusBox ("the Promoter") at snusbox.co.uk. By entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
The Raffle is open to individuals aged 18 or over who hold a registered SnusBox account. Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of the Promoter are not eligible. It is the entrant's responsibility to confirm participation is lawful in their jurisdiction.
3. How to Enter
- Purchase tickets: 1 ticket per can purchased, awarded automatically on order completion.
- Free entry: 1 ticket for account holders (one per account, claimed once).
- Newsletter subscription: 1 ticket, awarded upon confirmed email opt-in.
- SMS subscription: 1 ticket, awarded upon confirmed SMS opt-in.
- Instagram follow: 1 ticket, self-confirmed (subject to verification).
- WhatsApp community: 1 ticket, self-confirmed (subject to verification).
Each bonus action may only be claimed once per account. Maximum 5 bonus tickets per account.
4. Draw & Winner Selection
The Raffle closes and the draw takes place on 1 November 2026. Winners are selected by random weighted draw — each ticket is one entry. The draw result is final. Results will be announced on SnusBox social media channels.
5. Prizes
Prizes are as follows: (a) five (5) copies of Grand Theft Auto VI (standard edition); (b) ten (10) x £20 SnusBox store credit vouchers. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may only be used on snusbox.co.uk.
6. Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted by email within 48 hours of the draw. The winner must respond within 14 days. Failure to respond will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.
7. Fraud & Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who uses fraudulent means, creates multiple accounts, or falsely claims bonus actions. Disqualified entries are forfeited without compensation.
8. Data & Privacy
Personal data collected through this Raffle will be used only to administer the draw and deliver the prize. Marketing subscriptions are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time without affecting your existing tickets.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Raffle due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
